7 Years personal training experience – Spent 8 years after graduating VCE studying health, fitness and rehabilitation – Learnt how to effectively coach through years of experience and formal education – Tried many high level disciplines: Marathons, bodybuilding shows, high level football etc.

Being in the two industries – Myotherapy and Fitness I have developed a really good idea of how to help the human body, whether it be in rehabilitative mediums, or fitness mediums. Because of this, my clients keep moving forward in the direction they please as we are able to address mechanical dysfunctions that could possibly lead to injury.
