CHANGE YOUR FITNESS ATTITUDE FOR GOOD

Too often I see people go from really working towards their fitness goals and killing it, to completely stopping and dropping the ball. Only to months later try to get back into it again….but each time this happens, you lose confidence in yourself. Fitness seems like a battle and isn’t enjoyable.

A good way to combat this is to view fitness as a dial. That ranges from 1-10. 1 being preparing lunches for the week and maybe going for 2 walks. 10 being completely strict, training everyday and watching everything you do – like I was in this photo.

If your life and motivation fits, let the dial wind up to 6’s or 7’s. If you have some serious personal issues or other things going on, fitness can be a 1 or a 2. BUT never switch this ‘dial’ off. Even if you make one smart choice a day, you’re doing so much better than just giving up.

The main reason people stop trying with fitness is STRESS. It all gets too much. Try ‘prehabbing’ your mind and taking some damn time out to relax regularly. Do this and you won’t fall away from your goals 😍 👊
